About Me
Hi! I am a fourth-year B.S. Computer Science and B.A. Mathematics student at the University of Virginia. My coursework has included Algorithms, Machine Learning, Operating Systems, Cryptography, and Compilers among others. I've found a love for the theoretical side of Computer Science analyzing algorithms, but also enjoy applying my practical skills on (sometimes wacky) side projects
Over the past 2022 summer I interned at Capital One as part of their Technical Internship Program. Previously, I worked at MITRE as a Data Analytics Intern with a focus on analying the COVID-19 epidemic. A summary of my work can be found here. I also currently teach programming classes in Python and Java for middle school students.
Outside of the classroom, I am the president of theCourseForum which is a course review platform used by many in the University of Virginia community. I also served as the Vice President of Infrastructure prior to becoming president. This involved managing DevOps, site maintenance, and semesterly data updates while also becoming familiar with Docker, Google Cloud, and Digital Ocean.
